- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping – Orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: We ship worldwide excluding certain Asian and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Western apparel. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality and hygiene standards, the following cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
- Personalized or custom-made garments
- Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Products without original tags or packaging
Return Process – 3 Simple Steps
Step 1: Submit Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

I would like to request a return/exchange for my recent order.
Order Number: [Your order number]

Product(s) to Return: [List items with sizes/colors]
Reason for Return: [Size issue, damaged item, wrong product, etc.]

I confirm that the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns without authorization cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original invoice, and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly state in your email that you prefer an exchange and specify the desired size/color
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
- If the exchange item has a different price, we’ll process a refund or charge the difference
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
When to Expect Your Refund
After we process your refund:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
International Returns
International returns follow the same process with these additional considerations:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or international shipping costs
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- International returns may take longer to reach us – we recommend using a trackable shipping service
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
